By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service so please read carefully. I have the right to decline your commission if you don't agree to the following terms

The client MUST provide clear images of the character(s) requested. Please note I will not draw real people. Additional details such as accessories, clothing, expression or pose are also very welcome, even if it's a stick figure! It will help me visualize the request better.

Payment is done before I start

I will send a sketch and a color test of the sketch for approval. Changes are allowed in this stage

Once the sketch is approved I will continue with the commission. You're allowed to request an update at any time

The final work will be sent through email with variations of the commissioned work

Commissions with take a maximum of 4weeks (any delay will be informed)

I remain the rights to all the artwork produced, the payment is for the creation of the artwork not for transfer of rights

Do NOT USE my art for commercial use, NFTs and AI art, as well as claim it as yours and/or edit, modify, change or trace my works without my permission

Only the client can use and repost the commissioned work for personal use as long as it's the version with my watermark and always with credit

I have the right to repost the commissioned work on my social media but I will always credit the client for the character if it's a original character.

In case the client wishes to stay annonymous I must be notified at the beginning of the commission process

The privacy request means I will not share any WIPs or the finished work on any social media. The state of the commission in Trello will appear as Anon(x). I will inform the client which number they are so that they can follow the process while staying annonymous

I only accept PayPal in € Euro. The client is responsible for the currency conversions

For Paypal I will send an invoice to the email the client will write in the section of the form dedicated to the PayPal email

I am not respondible for any mistakes made by the client during the course of the transation

100% of the deposit is expected upfront before I start. I will not begin a commission until I recive the payment

Prices are not negotiable and any attempt of doing so will result in a rejection of the order

Commisssions are made in the order they were paid, if the client needs the commission for a specific deadline it must be notified at the beginning of the commission process

An aditional fee will be added to the final piece.

I will only refund 100% of the payment if i have not started the work

It's also possible to request a refund if only the colored sketch is done but the refund will be 50% of the payment

After that, refunds are NOT ALLOWED

* Shipping: I'm allowed to reject the request if I'm uncomfortable with the ship for any reason

* Partial nudity: I can draw non-sexual nudity but I won't draw any genitals or full NSFW. I can also turn down the request if I'm uncomfortable in any way

* Very complicated designs: Because I want to deliver good quality I may not be able to draw characters or artworks with too many details. If you're unsure if this will apply to your request please, feel free to ask me!

Yes! You can use my art for non-commercial use as long as the proper credit is given. Repost are also allowed but only if I'm asked for permission first

As for the software I use to draw is Clip Studio Paint PRO
